The Industrial segment focuses on the industrial properties in Canada and one property in the United States. The Office segment refers to the properties in Canada and three properties in select markets in the United States. The Retail segment involves in the operations of properties in Canada, which are single tenant properties, as well as two single tenant retail properties and one multi-tenant retail property in the United States. The company was founded in December 1996, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
