Member Service/Cancellation Policy:

You are responsible for keeping the information in your account accurate, up to date and truthful. If the information is not accurate, up to date and /or truthful, your subscription can be terminated at any time without warning. FC reserves the right to cancel anyone´s subscription at any time for any reason. The user will not receive a refund for any unused services.

If you believe your User Id and Password have been compromised you must immediately log into your account and change your password. If you cannot log into your account send an email to: care [at] financhill [dot] com and FC will provide you with a new User Id and Password. Have your security question ready. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You may not give your account information to anyone. If we have reason to believe your account is being misused, we may cancel your account. All discrepancies must be filed with FC via email within 60 days of the occurrence/incorrect billing.

You will be an active member until your membership expires. Once your membership expires, you will no longer have access to any educational content restricted for members. All membership access to the FC website is terminated once your membership expires.

Subscription Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted until the time that your card has been processed. After the charge has been processed, we will upon written request suspend future billing on your account however you will continue to have access to the membership portion of the website for the billing cycle for which you have been charged. No further billings or charges will occur on your account however we are unable to issue refunds once a charge has been processed.

Pricing:

FC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Where subscription services exist, pricing changes will affect the next billing cycle. If you have a monthly membership service, the new amount will be charged to the next month. If you have a yearly membership, the new pricing will go into effect when your yearly membership expires.

Term Length for Multi-Pay Purchases:

Purchasers of any product who elect to pay multiple installments as opposed to a single pay purchase receive the same product for the same term length as purchasers who elect a single pay method, and, after first payment, are obliged to pay subsequent installments for the full term of service. Electing to choose a two-pay or three-pay installment plan to purchase a product in no way implies or infers that the purchaser is eligible to renege on future payments and in no way stipulates, infers or implies that a shorter time period was purchased. The purchaser is obligated to continue to make payments after the first payment until all payments have been completed.

Recurring Billing:

All charges applied are made on a recurring basis until canceled by the purchaser and unless otherwise stated by the Company. Payments made for annual services are re-billed on an annual basis. Payments made for monthly services are re-billed on a monthly basis For example, annual charges applied on Jan 31, 2012 will be re-billed on January 31, 2013. Written notification must be provided prior to billing date in order for refunds to be issued. The Company is not required to issue a reminder to the purchaser that an account is due to be re-billed on a given date. It is entirely the responsibility of the purchaser to cancel prior any re-bill charge. Under extenuating circumstances, and only upon special consideration from executive management, a refund may be permitted after a re-bill charge has been made minus a 25% penalty fee on the original transaction price.

Special Circumstances & Penalty Fees:

In very rare circumstances and upon special petition with unique consideration, the Company will consider a refund that falls outside the stated Guarantee terms. In the event that a Customer is granted an early refund, a penalty fee of $500 will be assigned which will be deducted from the purchase price. Guarantees do not extend to purchasers who have refunded once and wish to purchase again. Guarantees only apply to first time purchasers. No refunds will be issued to customers who have previously refunded and re-join.

Timing of Materials Submission (Refunds):

All refund petitions must be made within the Guarantee period stated. In the event that documentary evidence is required, regardless of type or circumstance, it must be submitted no later than 7 days after the refund request has been made. Any documentary materials provided thereafter will not be reviewed and no refunds will be issued. For clarity, the absolute last day to request a refund is the last day of the Guarantee period and documentary evidence associated with the refund petition must be submitted within 7 calendar days. Any documentary evidence or materials submitted thereafter will not be reviewed and no petitions for a refund will be granted thereafter under any circumstances.

Foreign Exchange Settlements:

Financhill, its affiliates, companies, employees, contractors and partners are not liable for any fluctuations in currency exchange between the US Dollar and any other currency from the time of purchase should any exist. If a refund is granted for a particular product, it will be issued in US Dollars and no liability will be assumed by the Company for any fluctuations, favorable or unfavorable, to the purchaser. The purchasers assumes all liability for foreign exchange fluctuations from the time of purchase to refund, should any be issued.

Performance Results:

FC may discuss potential reward percentages on strategies detailed. All performance results are considered theoretical and are presented for educational and informational purposes only.

Code of Conduct:

You agree to be respectful member of our team and community, avoid causing harm/hacking into the site or FC´s members, sharing user id/passwords, defacing, defamation or any unlawful act against FC. If a complaint arises with FC, we will do everything possible to rectify the situation immediately.

Right of Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse entry to our community before or after purchase of any product. If a product has been purchased and entry is refused a refund will be credited to the purchaser's account. Rights of refusal may be issued for any reason at the discretion of our staff. A customer who has previously been granted a refund or issued a chargeback may be denied for any reason or no reason access to any product related or unrelated to the product(s) purchased previously. Purchasers of any product explicitly agree that no right to access any product(s) is permitted if we deny access or entry to the product for any reason or no reason whatsoever.

Void Guarantee:

Any communication that is abusive, harmful, threatening, and/or defamatory voids your Guarantee for any and all products you purchase. By engaging in such communication, whether verbal or written, you waive your right to a refund and may with or without notification have your membership and all associated privileges, including website access, community forums, and product(s) access terminated. You accept unequivocally and without right to arbitration or legal recourse that communication which in any way threatens the viability of the company as a going concern, the livelihoods of our employees, staff, owners, and/or contractors in addition to the reputation offline and online of our company is grounds for immediate dismissal from the community and will void any eligibility for refunds at all times now and as part of any future purchase transactions.

Product Transfers

If for any reason a product is discontinued through acts of God or otherwise, management reserves the right to transfer a customer to another product(s) of equivalent or higher value. Under no circumstances in such cases is a customer eligible for a refund.

Education Product Purchase

Buyers of the video on-demand educational product will have 365 days of access from the time of purchase. Buyers who are paid members in good standing of any other Financhill product or service will continue to have access to the educational video on-demand lessons until they cancel their paid membership of said products or services, at which time permission will be removed to the educational video on demand lessons as long as a full year of access to the educational video on demand lessons has elapsed.
