Electing to choose a two-pay or three-pay installment plan to purchase a product in no way implies or infers that the purchaser is eligible to renege on future payments and in no way stipulates, infers or implies that a shorter time period was purchased. The purchaser is obligated to continue to make payments after the first payment until all payments have been completed.
All charges applied are made on a recurring basis until canceled by the purchaser and unless otherwise stated by the Company. Payments made for annual services are re-billed on an annual basis. Special Circumstances & Penalty Fees:
In very rare circumstances and upon special petition with unique consideration, the Company will consider a refund that falls outside the stated Guarantee terms. In the event that a Customer is granted an early refund, a penalty fee of $500 will be assigned which will be deducted from the purchase price. Guarantees do not extend to purchasers who have refunded once and wish to purchase again. Guarantees only apply to first time purchasers. No refunds will be issued to customers who have previously refunded and re-join.
