The Vehicle Operations segment consists of auto merchandising and service operations, including retail automotive, recreational vehicles, and motorcycle franchises that sell new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, repair and maintenance services, and vehicle F&I products. The Financing Operations segment provides financing to customers buying and leasing retail vehicles. The company was founded by Walt DeBoer and Sidney B. DeBoer in 1946 and is headquartered in Medford, OR.
